Volume: 500 mL
Type: Polymer-Based Tire Coating
Finish: Deep, Refined Gloss
Key Benefits: Water Repellency / Tire Appearance Restoration / Surface Protection
FEATURES
Restore the Black. Repel Water. Protect the Finish.
TACSYSTEM TIRE COAT is an advanced hydrophobic coating specially developed for automotive tire sidewalls.
Designed to restore the rich, deep appearance of aged and weathered tires, TIRE COAT creates a refined finish while adding a protective, water-repellent layer to the rubber surface.
Its polymer-composite resin technology forms a hydrophobic coating that helps repel water, dirt, and road contamination, making treated tires easier to maintain and helping preserve their freshly detailed appearance.
Unlike traditional tire dressings that can leave an excessively greasy or artificially wet-looking finish, TIRE COAT produces a deep, refined gloss that enhances the natural appearance of the tire.
- Hydrophobic Tire Coating – Creates a water-repellent protective layer on the tire sidewall.
- Polymer Protection – Polymer-composite resin technology forms a durable protective film on the treated surface.
- Restores Tire Appearance – Revives the deep, dark appearance of faded and weathered tire sidewalls.
- Deep Refined Gloss – Provides an attractive, rich finish without an excessively greasy or artificial wet look.
- Water Repellency – Helps water bead and move away from the treated rubber surface.
- Dirt & Contamination Resistance – Helps reduce the adhesion of road dirt, moisture, and environmental contamination.
- Easier Maintenance – Treated tires are easier to clean and maintain during regular vehicle care.
- Surface Condition Protection – Helps maintain the appearance and condition of the tire sidewall against everyday environmental exposure.
- Easy Application – Simply apply with a tire applicator, spread evenly, and allow the coating to set.
- Dedicated Tire Formula – Specifically designed for automotive tire sidewalls.
RESTORE THE BLACK
Bring Weathered Tires Back to Life
Tires are constantly exposed to road grime, water, cleaning chemicals, UV exposure, and changing weather conditions.
Over time, these factors can leave tire sidewalls looking faded, dry, gray, or dull.
TIRE COAT restores visual depth to the rubber surface, creating a darker and more uniform appearance that complements a freshly detailed vehicle.
The result is a clean, rich tire finish without the excessively oily appearance associated with some conventional tire dressings.
HYDROPHOBIC POLYMER PROTECTION
Water and Dirt Have a Harder Time Holding On
TIRE COAT contains a polymer-composite resin system designed to form a hydrophobic protective layer on the tire sidewall.
Once applied, the coating helps repel moisture and reduce the adhesion of dirt and road contamination.
Instead of allowing water and contamination to remain easily attached to the rubber surface, TIRE COAT creates water-repellent behavior that helps the tire maintain a cleaner appearance.
This protective layer also makes routine tire maintenance easier by reducing the amount of contamination that bonds strongly to the treated surface.
DEEP GLOSS. NOT GREASY.
A Refined Finish for Professionally Detailed Tires
Not every tire needs an excessively shiny, wet-look finish.
TIRE COAT is designed to provide a deep, refined gloss that enhances the natural black appearance of the rubber without leaving the surface looking excessively greasy.
Proper application creates a smooth, uniform finish with rich visual depth.
For the cleanest appearance, apply a thin, even layer and avoid excessive product buildup.
PROPER PREPARATION = BETTER RESULTS
Start with a Completely Clean Tire
Proper surface preparation is essential for achieving the best appearance, bonding, and hydrophobic performance.
Old tire dressing, road grime, oils, and cleaning residue can interfere with the ability of TIRE COAT to bond uniformly to the rubber surface.
Before application:
- Thoroughly clean the tire sidewall.
- Remove old tire dressing and oily residue.
- Remove embedded road grime and contamination.
- Rinse thoroughly after cleaning.
- Allow the tire to dry completely.
- Make sure the tire is cool before applying TIRE COAT.
For heavily dressed or contaminated tires, repeat the cleaning process until the natural rubber surface is thoroughly exposed.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
- Thoroughly clean the tire sidewall to remove dirt, road grime, old dressing, oil, and other contamination.
- Rinse thoroughly and allow the tire to dry completely before application.
- Make sure the tire surface is cool and out of direct sunlight.
- Shake well before use.
- Apply an appropriate amount of TIRE COAT to a clean tire applicator.
- Spread the product evenly across the entire tire sidewall.
- Work the product into textured lettering and grooves to ensure uniform coverage.
- Check the surface for excessive product and level where necessary.
- Allow TIRE COAT to set for approximately 10–15 minutes before driving.
- Inspect the tire before driving and remove any excessive or unabsorbed product where necessary.
TIP: A thin, uniform application provides a cleaner appearance and helps minimize excess product on the tire surface.
FOR BEST RESULTS
CLEAN. APPLY. LEVEL. SET.
CLEAN
Thoroughly remove old dressing, oils, dirt, and road contamination.
DRY
Make sure the tire sidewall is completely dry before application.
APPLY
Apply TIRE COAT evenly using a dedicated tire applicator.
LEVEL
Spread the product into a thin, uniform layer and remove excessive product where necessary.
SET
Allow approximately 10–15 minutes before driving.
Proper preparation and application help maximize the uniformity, water repellency, and overall appearance of the finished tire.
IMPORTANT APPLICATION INFORMATION
TIRE COAT is intended for tire sidewalls only.
Do not apply to:
- Tire tread
- Brake discs
- Brake pads
- Brake calipers unless surface compatibility has been confirmed
- Pedals
- Motorcycle or bicycle tire contact surfaces
- Any surface where reduced traction could create a safety risk
Avoid excessive application. Before driving, make sure there is no excess product that could sling onto surrounding body panels.
CAUTIONS
- Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight.
- Keep away from heat, sparks, open flames, and other ignition sources.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Avoid application in direct sunlight or on hot tire surfaces.
- Do not apply to tire tread or any surface where reduced traction may create a safety risk.
- Avoid excessive application and remove excess product before driving.
- Do not allow overspray or excess product to dry on unintended surrounding surfaces, as staining may occur.
- Avoid contact with eyes.
- In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of running water.
- Follow all information provided on the product label and safety documentation.
