IRON.ZERO-PASTE is a high-strength, gel-type iron remover developed as a more concentrated and powerful version of TACSYSTEM IRON ZERO.
Its thick, high-adhesion gel formula clings to the surface longer, allowing the active ingredients to remain in contact with stubborn iron contamination for more effective removal.
IRON.ZERO-PASTE is specially designed to remove deeply embedded iron particles from automotive paint, glass, and wheels. These iron contaminants commonly come from brake dust, rail dust generated during transportation and construction, and industrial fallout.
The pH-neutral formula provides powerful iron removal while remaining suitable for a wide range of automotive exterior surfaces when used as directed.

Compared with IRON ZERO, IRON.ZERO-PASTE features a stronger concentration and thicker gel consistency.
The high-adhesion formula reduces run-off and keeps the product in contact with contaminated areas for longer, making it especially effective for heavily contaminated surfaces and difficult-to-clean areas.
It is ideal for deep cleaning various wheel finishes, including alloy, chrome, aluminum, polished, and painted wheels, as well as removing embedded iron contamination from automotive paint and glass.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Shake well before use. Always apply to a cool surface away from direct sunlight.
- Thoroughly wash the vehicle to remove loose dirt and surface contaminants.
- Rinse the vehicle and, while the surface is still wet, apply IRON.ZERO-PASTE evenly to the contaminated area.
- Allow the gel formula to react with the iron contamination for approximately 2–5 minutes.
- Gently agitate the treated area using a suitable wash tool, applicator, or brush as necessary.
- Rinse the surface thoroughly with water. A pressure washer is recommended for best results.
- For heavily contaminated areas, repeat the process as necessary.
IMPORTANT: Do not allow the product to dry on the surface during application.
CAUTIONS
- Do not use on fabric convertible tops.
- Do not allow IRON.ZERO-PASTE to dry on the surface.
- Do not use in direct sunlight.
- Apply only to cool automotive exterior surfaces.
- Always wear a protective mask and suitable gloves during use.
- In case of skin contact, rinse thoroughly with water.
- Close the bottle tightly after use and store in a cool, dry place.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
- If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately and show the product container or label to medical personnel.
