IRON.ZERO-FOAM is a 2-in-1 deep-cleaning car shampoo and iron remover designed to clean vehicle surfaces while effectively removing iron contamination.
When used with a foam lance, it produces thick, rich foam that provides excellent surface coverage. While the foam works to loosen dirt and contaminants, the iron-removing formula reacts with embedded iron particles for an efficient deep-cleaning process.
As IRON.ZERO-FOAM reacts with iron and iron oxide particles, the formula turns purple, making the decontamination process easy to see.
Its acid-free, pH-neutral formula is suitable for most automotive exterior surfaces, including paint, glass, plastic, and wheels.

FOAM WASH + IRON REMOVAL
Two Essential Decontamination Steps in One
While conventional iron removers focus primarily on iron contamination, IRON.ZERO-FOAM combines vehicle washing and iron removal in a single process.
When applied with a foam lance, the rich foam covers large areas quickly and clings to the vehicle surface, allowing the formula to work effectively on both general dirt and iron contamination.
It can be used on automotive paint as well as a variety of wheel finishes, including alloy, chrome, aluminum, polished, and painted wheels, making it an excellent solution for complete exterior deep cleaning.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Shake well before use. Always apply to a cool surface away from direct sunlight.
Recommended Dilution Ratio: 1:10–1:12
IRON.ZERO-FOAM can be used with a foam lance or diluted for use with a wash mitt and bucket.
- Remove loose dirt and heavy surface contamination from the vehicle.
- Rinse the vehicle thoroughly. While the surface is still wet, apply IRON.ZERO-FOAM evenly over the areas to be treated.
- Allow the product to react with dirt and iron contamination for approximately 2–5 minutes.
- If necessary, gently agitate the surface using a suitable wash mitt or cleaning tool.
- Rinse thoroughly with plenty of water, making sure no product or contamination remains on the surface.
TIP: For best cleaning and decontamination performance, we recommend using a foam lance and pressure washer.
IMPORTANT: Do not allow the product to dry on the surface during application.
COATING & WHEEL MAINTENANCE
IRON.ZERO-FOAM is an effective solution for removing accumulated iron and other contaminants from coated vehicles.
Over time, surface contamination can interfere with the hydrophobic properties of an existing coating. By thoroughly removing this buildup, IRON.ZERO-FOAM helps restore the coating’s original water-repellent performance.
It is also highly effective for deep cleaning older or heavily contaminated wheels where brake dust and iron deposits have accumulated.
CAUTIONS
- Do not use on fabric convertible tops.
- Do not allow IRON.ZERO-FOAM to dry on the surface.
- Do not use in direct sunlight.
- Apply only to cool automotive exterior surfaces.
- Always wear a protective mask and suitable gloves during use.
- In case of skin contact, rinse thoroughly with water.
- Close the bottle tightly after use and store in a cool, dry place.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
- If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately and show the product container or label to medical personnel.
