PREMIUM QUARTZ DELUXE combines high SiO₂ content with long-term durability to create a strong ceramic barrier over the treated surface.
Once cured, the coating enhances gloss and slickness while creating an ultra-hydrophobic surface that helps reduce the adhesion of water, dirt, and environmental contamination.
Its versatile formula allows the same premium ceramic protection to be applied across multiple exterior materials—from automotive paint and wheels to PPF and vinyl wraps.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Wear a protective mask and suitable gloves during application. Make sure the surface is completely clean, dry, and free of contamination before applying the coating.
For best application results, work in a clean, well-lit, contamination-free environment at a controlled temperature below 25°C.
Working one panel at a time is recommended.
- Wrap a clean 10 × 10 cm suede applicator cloth around the supplied coating block.
- Apply an appropriate amount of PREMIUM QUARTZ DELUXE to the suede applicator.
- Spread the coating evenly across one panel at a time, ensuring complete and uniform coverage.
- Allow the coating to remain on the surface for approximately 1 minute.
- Using a fresh, clean microfiber towel, thoroughly level and buff the surface until all excess product and visible residue have been removed.
- Inspect the panel carefully under adequate lighting before proceeding to the next section.
- For additional application or areas that are more difficult to manage, reduce the working area to approximately half a panel at a time.
IMPORTANT: Always ensure the coating is evenly leveled. Uneven application or excess coating left on the surface may result in high spots.
HIGH-SPOT MANAGEMENT
High spots caused by uneven coating application may remain visible for approximately 20–30 minutes after application.
If a high spot is discovered within approximately 1 hour after buffing, apply a small amount of QUARTZ DELUXE to a fresh microfiber applicator and gently work the affected area to help reactivate and level the coating.
Buff the area thoroughly with a clean microfiber towel and inspect the finish under adequate lighting.
RECOMMENDED SURFACE PREPARATION

For the best possible coating performance and durability, thorough surface preparation is essential.
- Wash – Thoroughly wash the vehicle using TACSYSTEM Ultra Foam, Mystic Bubble, or another suitable vehicle shampoo.
- Iron Decontamination – Use TACSYSTEM Iron Zero or Iron Zero Foam to remove embedded iron contamination from the automotive paint and exterior surfaces.
- Paint Correction – Polish the vehicle surface to the desired level of clarity, gloss, and finish.
- Final Degreasing – After polishing, use TACSYSTEM Oil Zero to thoroughly remove polishing oils and residue.
- Coating Application – Once the surface is completely clean, dry, and properly prepared, apply PREMIUM QUARTZ DELUXE according to the application instructions.
Proper decontamination, polishing, and degreasing help create an optimal surface for coating adhesion and long-term durability.
CURING & AFTERCARE
The coating requires adequate curing time after application.
- Avoid exposure to water for at least 24 hours after application.
- Do not wash the vehicle for 7 days after application.
- During the initial curing period, avoid unnecessary exposure to moisture and contamination whenever possible.
- Follow proper maintenance washing procedures after the coating has fully cured to help maintain gloss, slickness, hydrophobicity, and long-term performance.
CAUTIONS
- Close the bottle tightly after use and store in a cool, dry place.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Wear a protective mask and suitable gloves during application.
- In case of skin contact, rinse thoroughly with water.
- In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
