DIRECTIONS FOR USE
- Thoroughly wash the vehicle to remove dirt and surface contamination.
- Avoid applying the product in direct sunlight. Make sure the vehicle panels are sufficiently cool before application.
- Dry the vehicle before applying QUARTZ MAX as a standard sealant.
- Working in a shaded area, apply an appropriate amount of QUARTZ MAX to the clean, cool surface.
- Spread the product evenly over the panel to achieve thin and uniform coverage.
- Using a clean, dry microfiber towel, thoroughly buff away any remaining product until the surface is clear, smooth, and streak-free.
- Continue one section at a time until the desired areas have been treated.
TIP: Use clean, dry microfiber towels and replace them as necessary to achieve the cleanest possible finish.
COATING MAINTENANCE
Refresh Gloss, Slickness & Surface Protection
QUARTZ MAX is an excellent maintenance product for vehicles already protected with a TACSYSTEM SiO₂ coating.
After washing and drying the vehicle, apply a thin, even layer of QUARTZ MAX and buff with a clean microfiber towel.
Regular maintenance can help preserve the coating's gloss, slickness, water-repellent characteristics, and overall surface performance.
USE AS A DRYING AID
QUARTZ MAX can also be used as a drying aid when the vehicle is mostly dry.
Apply a small amount to the desired area during the final drying stage and wipe evenly with a clean microfiber towel.
This provides a quick and convenient way to add additional gloss, slickness, and localized protection during routine vehicle maintenance.
IMPORTANT: Avoid excessive application on wet surfaces. For best results, use QUARTZ MAX when most standing water has already been removed.
EXTERIOR TRIM ENHANCEMENT

OPTIONAL IR CURING
For enhanced coating performance, QUARTZ MAX may optionally be cured using an IR lamp.
Recommended IR Curing:
50–60°C for approximately 30 minutes
IR curing is optional and is not required for standard application.

- In case of skin contact, rinse thoroughly with water.
- In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
